Art Feature: A Guided Tour of Dark Academia
This curated feature is brought to you by @Queen-Kitty. Dark academia is an aesthetic that I was dying to make a feature for, and what better month to do it than October? It’s featured as an aesthetic in so many different mediums (books, movies, art, fashion, music, etc.) that, for many, it's become a lifestyle. What is Dark Academia? In its simplest form, dark academia combines a love for higher learning (and its aesthetics) with something dark or secretive. Its origins are usually traced back to Donna Tartt’s novel, The Secret History, which follows a group of closely knit students at an elite, isolated liberal arts college. The story includes a study of “the classics” with a charismatic professor, dark secrets, a bacchanal, and, most notably, murder. Common facets of the dark academia aesthetic include secret societies, traditional academic uniforms (blazers, pleated skirts, plaids, wool, collared shirts, sweaters, etc.), boarding schools, focus on “classic” arts and literature,
I know it has been a very long time since I last wrote a journal on this site, but at least I will fill you in on what has been happening.
First off, several months ago, I started using a Rinmaru page maker to create a story. I will eventually put the rest of it on here. Please bear with me; it's going to take some time.

Due to a job that I am enjoying now, I have lowered my existence on DeviantArt and raised on other sites. To the people who watch me for my custom cards, I have been posting most of them on the MagicSetEditor forums. However, I will try and start to put some on here shortly.
For those who watch my Nightwood Forest and other Kisekae stories, they have been slowed due to the heavy time investment. But I do have a few more pages to put up. On top of it all, I have been working on the story to make
Every typical person thinks it is super easy to come up with a game. It is not easy. Not only do you have to think about every day game players but also the serious players. Your audience is the biggest critic of all, not just those who are marketing your game.
I have been working on a CCG (collectible card game) for the past five years. So far, the basic framework is finished but I have to fine tune it to make sure that every base is covered. Include a fee for a game broker to examine the game, the game-making process is not easy, especially when you are hoping that the game you design will succeed.
I am still uncertain whether or not I
